With the decision of Head of OPT Managing Authority № OPT-1 on 12 may 2008 was approved granting for the project „Elaboration of Transport Master plan". The project is funded under Priority axes V from OPT. The total amount of the project is 7 027 200 BGN. The grant by European fund for Regional Development is 5 973 120 BGN, which is 85 % of the total amount. The beneficiary of the project is Strategic Planning and Coordination Unit in Programming department, Coordination of programs and projects
